no puedo jugar con el antivirus

hola como puedo hacer que pueda jugar bien ya que el antivirus tengo que quitarlo y cuando lo pongo me lo borra el archivo ejecutable
 
Debes agregar excepciones a tu antivirus para que no intente escanear la carpeta en la que esta:
